For over 12 years, our men’s book studies have proven one simple truth: men grow when they are seen, known, and not performing. Book Studies create space for men to do life together—not in rows, but in circles; not in lectures, but in honest conversation.
These are not classes. They are gatherings of men—meeting weekly in homes, businesses, and everyday places—where real life is brought into the light and met with truth, brotherhood, and the presence of God.
Most men don’t need more information.
They need permission to be honest.
We do not require homework. There are no performance metrics, no spiritual posturing, and no pressure to “have it all together.” What we require is presence.
When false expectations are removed and fig leaves are dropped, the Holy Spirit shows up—not through hype, but through conviction, guidance, and unity. Men stop hiding. Brotherhood forms. Discipleship becomes natural. Healing begins.
Structure is the multiplier. RGM Book Studies are intentionally formed with 12 men and one leader, creating space for 3 sages, 3 kings, 3 warriors, and 3 cowboys (starting at age 13). This cross-generational design is what turns brotherhood into discipleship.
For Freedom Outreach will help supply sages, kings, and seasoned warriors, while our youth leadership course is already forming cowboys and emerging warriors, making 50–100 operational book studies achievable—quickly.
The fatherless crisis is real, young men are crying out for godly masculine leadership, and they are returning to the Church in unprecedented numbers—but they need somewhere to be discipled. We are calling mature men to step to the line, open their homes and businesses, and share their hearts as we disciple the next generation. This is how we restore the masculine heart—at scale.
